How Can Nausea And Lightheadedness be Treated?
I work at a FedEx facility and today was extremely hot. I felt lightheaded and nauseous on the way home from work. Despite drinking lots of water and energy drink, I started to feel the lightheadedness come in with about an hour left in our shift. How long does overheating generally last?

Your symptoms seem to be related to overheating. I suggest to drink liquids and electrolytes solution. I also suggest to take cool showers for relieve. To treat nausea,you can use Reglan 10 mg three time a day.
